1. Using Lenu
Lenu helps you keep personal notes about relationships, conversations, commitments, and moments you want to remember. You are responsible for the information you choose to enter, including information about other people.
Do not use Lenu for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or invasive purposes. Only add information you have a legitimate reason to keep.
2. AI And Content
AI features can help summarize, structure, or resurface your notes. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, so you should review it before relying on it.
Lenu is not medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, employment, or professional advice. Do not use it as the sole basis for important decisions.
Some information, especially health, family, relationship, or other life-event information, may be sensitive. Only enable AI for sensitive information when you have an appropriate reason to send it.
3. Premium And Billing
Premium unlocks additional features such as unlimited briefs, AI signals, monthly reflections, calendar features, and encrypted sync. Available features may change as Lenu evolves.
Lenu Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription with monthly and yearly options. The exact price and billing period are shown in the app at the point of purchase and on the App Store or Google Play product page.
For purchases on Apple devices, payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Cancellation, refunds, and renewal follow the rules of the store where you purchased; RevenueCat is used for entitlement management. Restoring purchases is available from the paywall and from Settings.

4. Accounts And Sync
Accounts are used for subscription recovery and device continuity. Optional cloud sync stores encrypted snapshots in your own iCloud or Google Drive account.
You are responsible for keeping access to your device, cloud account, backup files, and backup passphrases. Lenu cannot recover encrypted backups or sync snapshots without the required keys.
5. Availability And Changes
Lenu may change, pause, or remove features, especially while the app is evolving. Online features depend on third-party services and may sometimes be unavailable.
To the extent allowed by law, Lenu is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every personal situation.
6. Apple App Store Terms
If you download Lenu from the Apple App Store, the following also applies. These Terms are an agreement between you and Lenu only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
Lenu grants you a non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are Lenu's responsibility.
Lenu, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product-liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer-protection or similar law. Lenu, not Apple, is responsible for any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual-property rights.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Lenu hilft dir, persönliche Notizen zu Beziehungen, Gesprächen, Zusagen und Momenten festzuhalten. Du bist verantwortlich für die Informationen, die du eingibst, auch wenn sie andere Personen betreffen.
Nutze Lenu nicht für rechtswidrige, schädliche, täuschende oder übergriffige Zwecke. Speichere nur Informationen, für die du einen berechtigten Grund hast.
2. KI und Inhalte
KI-Funktionen können deine Notizen zusammenfassen, strukturieren oder wieder ins Blickfeld holen. KI-Ausgaben können unvollständig oder falsch sein; prüfe sie, bevor du dich darauf verlässt.
Lenu ist keine medizinische, rechtliche, finanzielle, therapeutische, arbeitsbezogene oder sonstige professionelle Beratung. Nutze Lenu nicht als alleinige Grundlage für wichtige Entscheidungen.
Manche Informationen, insbesondere Gesundheits-, Familien-, Beziehungs- oder andere Lebensereignisdaten, können sensibel sein. Aktiviere KI für sensible Informationen nur, wenn du einen passenden Grund hast, sie zu senden.
3. Premium und Abrechnung
Premium schaltet zusätzliche Funktionen frei, etwa unbegrenzte Briefings, KI-Signale, monatliche Rückblicke, Kalenderfunktionen und verschlüsselten Sync. Funktionen können sich weiterentwickeln.
Lenu Premium wird als automatisch verlängerndes Abo mit monatlicher und jährlicher Option angeboten. Der genaue Preis und der Abrechnungszeitraum werden in der App beim Kauf sowie auf der Produktseite im App Store oder bei Google Play angezeigt.
Bei Käufen auf Apple-Geräten wird die Zahlung bei Kaufbestätigung über deine Apple-ID abgebucht. Das Abo verlängert sich automatisch um denselben Zeitraum und zum selben Preis, sofern die automatische Verlängerung nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf des aktuellen Zeitraums deaktiviert wird. Die Abbuchung für die Verlängerung erfolgt innerhalb von 24 Stunden vor Ablauf des aktuellen Zeitraums.
Du kannst dein Abo jederzeit in den Kontoeinstellungen des App Store oder von Google Play verwalten oder kündigen. Das Löschen der App kündigt das Abo nicht. Wird eine kostenlose Testphase angeboten, verfällt ein nicht genutzter Teil mit dem Kauf eines Abos.
Kündigung, Erstattungen und Verlängerung richten sich nach dem Store, über den du gekauft hast; RevenueCat wird zur Verwaltung der Berechtigungen genutzt. Das Wiederherstellen von Käufen ist über die Paywall und die Einstellungen möglich.
Mit dem Abschluss eines Abos stimmst du dieser Abrechnung, diesen Nutzungsbedingungen und der Datenschutzerklärung zu.
4. Konto und Sync
Konten dienen der Abo-Wiederherstellung und Geräte-Kontinuität. Optionaler Cloud-Sync speichert verschlüsselte Snapshots in deinem eigenen iCloud- oder Google-Drive-Konto.
Du bist dafür verantwortlich, Zugriff auf dein Gerät, Cloud-Konto, Backup-Dateien und Backup-Passphrasen zu behalten. Lenu kann verschlüsselte Backups oder Sync-Snapshots ohne die nötigen Schlüssel nicht wiederherstellen.
5. Verfügbarkeit und Änderungen
Lenu kann Funktionen ändern, pausieren oder entfernen, besonders während sich die App weiterentwickelt. Online-Funktionen hängen von Drittanbietern ab und können zeitweise nicht verfügbar sein.
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, wird Lenu ohne Garantie bereitgestellt, dass die App ununterbrochen, fehlerfrei oder für jede persönliche Situation geeignet ist.
6. Apple App Store-Bedingungen
Wenn du Lenu aus dem Apple App Store lädst, gilt zusätzlich Folgendes. Diese Nutzungsbedingungen sind eine Vereinbarung allein zwischen dir und Lenu, nicht mit Apple. Apple ist nicht für die App oder deren Inhalte verantwortlich und nicht verpflichtet, Wartung oder Support für die App bereitzustellen.
Lenu gewährt dir eine nicht übertragbare Lizenz zur Nutzung der App auf jedem Apple-Gerät, das du besitzt oder kontrollierst, im Rahmen der Nutzungsregeln des App Store. Sollte die App einer geltenden Gewährleistung nicht entsprechen, kannst du Apple benachrichtigen; Apple kann dir den Kaufpreis erstatten. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, trifft Apple keine weitere Gewährleistungspflicht; sonstige Ansprüche, Verluste, Haftungen, Kosten oder Aufwendungen aufgrund einer Nichtkonformität liegen in der Verantwortung von Lenu.
Lenu, nicht Apple, ist für die Bearbeitung von Ansprüchen im Zusammenhang mit der App verantwortlich, einschließlich Produkthaftungsansprüchen, Ansprüchen wegen Nichteinhaltung gesetzlicher oder behördlicher Anforderungen sowie Ansprüchen aus Verbraucherschutz- oder ähnlichen Gesetzen. Lenu, nicht Apple, ist für Ansprüche Dritter wegen Verletzung geistigen Eigentums durch die App verantwortlich.
Du sicherst zu, dass du dich nicht in einem Land befindest, das einem US-Embargo unterliegt oder von der US-Regierung als „terrorismusunterstützend" eingestuft wird, und dass du auf keiner US-Liste verbotener oder eingeschränkter Parteien stehst. Apple und seine Tochtergesellschaften sind Drittbegünstigte dieser Nutzungsbedingungen und können sie dir gegenüber durchsetzen.
7. Anwendbares Recht
Auf diese Nutzungsbedingungen findet deutsches Recht Anwendung, unter Ausschluss seiner Kollisionsnormen. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzrechte, die dir nach dem Recht deines Wohnsitzlandes zustehen, bleiben unberührt.
